Innovyze 2D simulation solutions are available as seamlessly integrated components featuring complete interaction with existing 1D simulation engines. InfoWorks ICM includes 2D acceleration. InfoSWMM 2D is available as an extension of InfoSWMM and InfoSWMM SA, providing exceptional ease of learning and use. Additionally InfoWorks RS 2D is available as an additional module. Across all solutions, use of GIS data is optimized to enable fast and effective model creation and deliver detailed and accurate simulations.
FLEXIBLE SIMULATION MESHING
2D simulations are based on a surface mesh that gives can be modeled and ensuring that the system topography is modeled as accurately as possible. Multiple mesh types (triangular unstructured, quadrangular unstructured, and multiblock rectangular); the inbuilt mesh generator; variable mesh resolution; and variable mesh roughness present a wide range of options to modelers.
